$95 + GST per hour.
Urgent support fee of 10% for work that requires a fast turnaround (48 hours or less).
Monthly Priority Retainer
Your work becomes our priority - guaranteed availability each month.
$90 + GST per hour.
Minimum commitment of 5 hours p/m for 3 months. Urgent requests may incur an additional fee.
Partner Pricing Retainer
Priority support and guaranteed availability with a reduced rate for long-term partners.
Businesses committing to a 12-month retainer receive 10% off their monthly investment. Minimum commitment of 5 hours p/m.
One-off Projects
Not everything fits into an hourly model.

We'll provide a fixed quote before any work begins.
Do my retainer hours roll over?
Retainer hours are allocated each month and don't roll over, allowing us to reserve dedicated time for our clients.
What if I need extra hours?
Additional work is billed at the standard hourly rate of $95 + GST.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No minimum for hourly work.
5 hours p/m and a 3-month minimum for monthly retainers.
5 hours p/m and a 12-month minimum for Partner Pricing retainers.
